Privacy Policy

Jarvis · Effective 2026-10-08

Who this applies to

Jarvis is a private, personal AI assistant operated by one household for its own use. It is not a public product. Its Google sign-in (OAuth) application is used only by the members of that household, and only with their own Google accounts. No one outside the household is invited or able to sign up.

Google data Jarvis accesses

When a household member grants access, Jarvis may use the following Google data from that member's own account:

How the data is used

The data is used solely to provide the household's own assistant features to the person who granted access: reading and summarising their own email, drafting and sending email on their instruction, organising their own mailbox, and reading their own documents so the assistant can answer questions about them. Google data is not used for any other purpose.

Where the data is kept

Data obtained from Google is processed and stored on computers owned and operated by the household. Access tokens are stored on those same computers and are not shared.

What Jarvis never does with Google data

Google API Services User Data Policy

Jarvis's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Google data is kept only as long as the household needs it for the purposes above. A household member may ask for their data held by Jarvis to be deleted at any time.

Revoking access

You can revoke Jarvis's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account's third-party connections page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once access is revoked, Jarvis can no longer read or send anything from that account.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.

Contact

Jarvis is operated privately by one household. For any question about this policy or about your data, contact the household that operates this deployment.
